So, i happened across a post over at Latinoreview.com and discovered something that literally made me Facepalm in the name of all humanity. The contents of the post was so horrible, so down right ridiculously stupid that it gave me a headache, a headache that has been on going for the better part of 24 hours now. Since words cannot describe how stupid this is, I’ll post a copy of it. This is a letter from a Twilight fan to Universal Studioes.

To whom this may concern:

This movie was a complete waste and I feel that it offends ALL Twilight Fans around the world, that including myself. For one, it was a COMPLETE remaking of the Wolf Pack from the Twilight Saga: New Moon. It gives the werewolves a bad name and makes them look like some deformed mutation of a rabid dog. I actually started to like werewolves after seeing Jacob Black and all his awesomeness on the big screen at the movies. That was until I saw your crappy remake of what you call to be a “were wolf”. I don’t see how you live with yourself for making it the way you did. If I made this movie, I would be ashamed to even admit that I owned it. How can a werewolf be killed with a silver bullet? Better yet, have you saw the transformation of the man that is “supposed” to be the wolf? He sits in some chair and his entire body turns in to some mutated freak. If you would watch the transformation of Jacob Black, (Taylor Lautner) he doesn’t come close to looking as fake, cheap and or mutated as the wolf man. You tell me, who looks to be the better werewolf. Your stupid Wolf Movie didn’t even make the top Movie for the charts; Valentines Day WITH TAYLOR Lautner! Get that this is MY oppinion and I felt I wanted to express it because I saw that your email was on your site. I wanted to let you know this is what i thought of the wolf man that sucks.

First let me get off this of my chest, I now feel completely filthy for posting pictures of Twilight on my blog. The first book was ok you could read it, but the books beyond that were bad, and the movies were painful. Secondly, Well look at it, This is todays society, Teenage Twi-hards who don’t even know about stuff that happened a couple of years ago. CLEARLY Meyer invented werewolves, cause you know the Underworld movies never happened, and The Wolfman, its totally not a remake of a movie made in the 40’s.

The problem is that people like Meyer are writing half witted stories on subject matter that hits with the current generation. And because its on something they like, something they can connect to or wish they were a part of they ignore how horrible it is and pretty much treat it like the gospel. Its like the DBZ fans who bash Xplay for giving DBZ games bad reviews despite the fact that the games are horrible, how can it be Horrible its DBZ! Its the same here, its got hot vampires and werewolves sparkling in the sunshine with their shirts off, HOW CAN IT BE BAD!?

In closing, Twilight fans, I understand you love the books and movies, good for you, but read something else. Go read In the Forests of the Night, the girl was like 13 when she wrote it and its better then Twilight, and its got angsty vampires too! Go read Bam Stoker’s Dracula! And for the love of pie stop being fanmuffins! Oh and one last thing, go look up White Wolf’s New World of Darkness, cause them some werewolves.
